| 1952 | Egbe Hospital founded by Dr. and Mrs. Campion |
| 1953 | Operating theatre, autoclave room, doctor's offices, outpatients departments, patients waiting room, card room, Ward A and laboratory constructed |
| 1954 | Ward B completed |
| 1955 | Nurses Training School (NTS) established |
| 1957 | NTS renamed to ECWA School of Nursing |
| 1962 | Ward C completed |
| 1965 | Central supply room, administration pharmacy, cashiers and accounts, second floor operating suite constructed |
| 1970 | Eye Centre opened |
| 1971 | Maternity upgraded, under 5's clinic and pastors' offices opened |
| 1976 | SIM properties transferred to ECWA. Egbe Hospital renamed Egbe Hospital (ECWA) and later changed to ECWA Hospital, Egbe |

Construction of male and female surgical ward, George Campion Nursery, Primary and Secondary School, Calvin Balisky Emergency Unit, staff quarters |

| 1999 | Outreach to Fulani's initiated |
| 2002 | Hospital celebrates its 50th Anniversary |
| 2006 | ECWA School of Nursing and ECWA School of Midwifery accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria |
