It was wonderful to be back in Egbe, Nigeria, again last month to see the progress as we continue to revitalize Egbe Hospital. Each time we return I am reminded of how God has used so many people to make an incredible impact in the Egbe region. Each celebrated milestone, new piece of medical equipment, completed building, process implemented, and new staff hired is somehow connected to YOU, our partners! Thanks for being such a big part of the Egbe story.

One of the highlights of this trip was joining with the hospital management team to show the 14 Chiefs from the surrounding villages around the hospital. Many of these Chiefs rallied their villages to come help tear down the old buildings by hand – brick by brick – before we started to rebuild the hospital. Imagine their delight to see the progress and learn about the services the hospital can now provide to their community and the whole region.
