Director of Administration
The Director of Administration will be responsible for decision making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the hospital’s mission; be responsible for the hospital’s day-to-day operating and administrative activities; and work closely with the management team and heads of departments to ensure effective inter-departmental communication, optimal efficiency, and clearly identified priorities.
NPMCN Fellow Consultant, Family Medicine
The Family Medicine Consultant is responsible for the delivery of the highest possible standards of patient centered care and instruction to residents preparing for the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) examination in the hospital’s Family Medicine Residency Program.

ECWA Hospital Egbe is accredited for Part I and Part II Family Medicine Training by the West African College of Physicians and the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. Director of Nursing Services
The Nursing Director will oversee the nursing activities of the hospital; develop and implement procedures that promote excellent patient care; provide training in general nursing care and clinical assessment; promote effective communication with management team, other hospital personnel, and administration and teaching staff of the ECWA Schools of Nursing and Midwifery.
Full-time qualified dentist is needed to help oversee the hospital’s new dental clinic, assist with equipment maintenance and use, recruit and train dental staff, and develop best practices and systems for the dental clinic and outreach opportunities.
The Ophthalmologist will oversee the Eye Center to provide basic ophthalmology services and outreach; provide medical and surgical treatment of eye disorders and diseases; support staff training; and work with hospital management to meet hospital objectives in the delivery of eye services to the community.
